About

I have been developing software for 20+ years, and the last decade has been spent in technical leadership and team management. At Turkcell I managed the team that built the customer service platform. At E-Veri Bilişim I led the development of products reaching millions of users, such as Turkcell Music (Fizy) and Hürriyet E-Gazete. At Açık Deniz Bilişim I served as CTO for nine years and led the architecture and engineering organisation for enterprise B2B products: ERP and CRM integrations, end-to-end encrypted communication and Flutter and native mobile solutions for FMCG field teams. In the same period I built the company's ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system and took it through certification.

I do not see management as a desk job. I stay inside architecture decisions, read code and write it when needed. In recent years my focus has shifted to artificial intelligence: LLM-based assistants, RAG architectures and autonomous agent systems. At KaiMoi I am building a production team where two AI agents and a human who makes the final decision work together.

Today I work with teams building products at scale and bring AI into production systems. On selected projects I consult on mobile and backend development, technical architecture and team leadership.

    • Built a portable AI agent and backend product. Installation, configuration, database migration and watchdog steps run in a single flow.
    • Designed a multi-agent runtime with Kai (autonomous developer) and Moi (reviewer and orchestrator) roles. It routes between DeepSeek, Claude and Anthropic based on cost.
    • Developing Cogentic, an open source multi-agent orchestration framework.
    • Set up a pipeline with automatic deploy and health checks per project, backed by a CRM-integrated backend.

    • Siper (siperiletisim.com): an end-to-end encrypted corporate messaging and conferencing platform built entirely from scratch in Java and Swift on the Signal protocol, with a custom backend built on Openfire in Java, a TypeScript web client and support for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and Linux (Pardus-compatible). Directory integration, 2FA and AI-assisted attack detection; passed ISO/IEC 27001 and independent UITSEC penetration testing.
    • Flutter, native Android (Java) and iOS (Swift) apps for FMCG field teams. Task, survey and location-based reporting.
    • Integration of mobile apps with ERP systems and access to distributor data.
    • Built the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 information security management system and took it through Kiwa certification.

    • Cost-aware auto-routing across DeepSeek, Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini and local models, with an SQLite spend ledger and warn/hard-stop thresholds.
    • Delegation to sub-agents under runtime-level tool permissions and persistent agent memory across sessions.
    • Runs as a terminal REPL, a browser dashboard and an MCP server for Claude Code, Cursor and Zed. Python 3.11+, MIT licence, stdlib-only core.

    • Multi-account algorithmic trading platform built and operated end to end: data pipeline, strategy engine, live execution and backtesting, running 24/7 on AWS.
    • Self-healing process orchestration across 8 master and 32 player processes.
    • Real-time market-data pipeline computing RSI, MACD, ATR and OBV, feeding a decision engine with drawdown-aware position sizing.
    • Online logistic regression retraining on closed trades, plus XGBoost and custom gradient-boosted classifiers validated with walk-forward (12 folds / 6 months).
    • Intrabar backtesting with transaction costs; 50+ documented experiments before each deployment. Stack: Node.js, MySQL, PM2, AWS, XGBoost.

    GhoVerse / Web3 Academy

    • Unity-based MMORPG-style multiplayer game demo on Polygon where players truly own their characters, planets and towns.
    • Own ERC-20 token (fixed supply, burn and staking/reward mechanics) and NFT collections; the 10,000-piece first generation was listed on OpenSea and Rarible.
    • Wallet integration in the Unity client, real-time multiplayer and a procedurally generated world.
    • Web3 Academy: a DAO for education and collaborative projects on blockchain, the metaverse, NFTs and smart contracts.
