MTI America coordinates transportation, interpretation, home care and equipment services for workers' compensation cases in the United States. The client app provides distinct screens for adjusters, case managers, employers and patients.
When user types differ, one app has to serve them all. Screens were shaped by role inside the same app: in the field the service location is visible on a map, while the office side keeps request status and history in one place.
