ERP and SAP Integration

Keep e-commerce, mobile and field apps in sync with ERP/SAP.

Let orders, stock, prices and accounts be correct in one place. Your e-commerce site or mobile app talks to the ERP; no more overnight manual exports.

Typical scenarios

  • An e-commerce order becoming a sales order in the ERP
  • Stock and prices updating on the site automatically
  • Orders from a mobile field app flowing into the ERP
  • Customer/account records matching on both sides
  • Invoice and dispatch note status shown to the customer

Connection methods

On SAP: OData, RFC/BAPI or IDoc. Other ERPs: REST/SOAP, a database view or a CSV queue. If custom ABAP work is needed, it is stated separately in the proposal.

Correctness rules

  • A unique key per record, so the same order is never transferred twice (idempotency).
  • On error the record waits in a queue instead of disappearing silently.
  • Field mappings and transformations are documented in writing.
  • Sync frequency and queue health are visible from a dashboard.

Rollout plan

Start one-way with a single entity (e.g. stock only), then widen the scope after validation. An end-to-end scenario runs in a test environment before go-live, and the old and new systems are observed in parallel for a period.

You receive the integration service, monitoring dashboard, error queue and an incident guide. Your internal team can resolve day-to-day errors without us.

Frequently asked questions

Is ABAP development required on the SAP side?

Sometimes. If standard OData/RFC services suffice, no extra ABAP is needed. If a custom service must be exposed, scope and timeline are stated separately in the proposal.

Can the same order be transferred twice?

No. Every record is sent with a unique key and checked on the ERP side as well. Repeated requests do not create new records.

What happens if the integration stops?

Records wait in a queue and an alert appears on the monitoring dashboard. When the queue resumes, processing continues without data loss.

Which ERPs do you work with?

SAP, Logo, Mikro, Netsis and custom-built systems. If you are on a specific version, the connection method is confirmed after a review.

How long does go-live take?

One-way sync with a single entity takes about a week. Two-way scope covering orders, stock and accounts takes two to three weeks; custom development longer.
