One Workflow Agent
One workflow (inbox triage, lead qualification or reports), 1 integration
Agents that do the repetitive work, log every step, and ask for approval at critical points.
Hand repetitive work to an agent: lead qualification, inbox triage, reporting, data entry. The agent uses tools, records the outcome, and waits for human approval before irreversible steps.
One workflow (inbox triage, lead qualification or reports), 1 integration
Up to 3 integrations, scheduling, error alerts
Tool-using agent, approval step, audit log, dashboard
The agent starts from a trigger (new e-mail, form, scheduled job). It then uses permitted tools: database queries, HTTP APIs, file reads, message sending. Every step is recorded; on failure the same step is retried safely.
CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, custom panel), e-mail, Google Workspace, databases, ERP and Telegram/WhatsApp. If your system has no API, a small bridge layer is written first.
A dashboard shows how many jobs the agent completed, how many needed human intervention, and the average duration. Outputs are sampled for the first two weeks; as trust builds, approval steps are widened.
Irreversible steps are designed to wait for approval. Even so, every run keeps an audit trail, so what happened and which records were affected can be seen within minutes.
Start with high-volume, rule-clear work where a mistake is not expensive: lead qualification, inbox triage, report preparation. Keeping the first version narrow raises the success rate.
No. It can be connected through database access or a small bridge service. In that case the integration effort is stated separately in the proposal.
A single-workflow Starter scope takes about a week. Scopes with several integrations and approval steps take two to four weeks.
Technically yes, but it is not recommended. The approval step stays only for risky actions; low-risk steps proceed automatically.
Describe the work in a few lines. You will get a written scope, a fixed price and a timeline before anything starts.
