Culture, arts and events guide published since 2007: venue, artist and event archive; 4,500+ articles migrated from WordPress to Laravel.
Evetbenim is a culture, arts and events guide published since 2007. It brings venue, artist and event archives into one content structure; more than 4,500 articles were migrated from WordPress to Laravel.
Existing links were preserved during the migration and content moved to a new data model, so years of accumulated search traffic were not interrupted. Content entry moved to a panel where editors can manage category and event relations.

Let us define the scope, the technology and the roadmap together; then split the work into stages with clear deliverables.
