KaiMoi is a multi-tenant SaaS where teams delegate work to AI agents. As my own product, I own it from product definition to launch and operations.

What it does

Projects, tasks and recurring work in one panel
Members connect their own Claude API key; usage and limits are managed per tenant
Knowledge base and automation flows
Bilingual (TR/EN) with role-based permissions

Technical approach

A Laravel application with a Filament admin panel, queue-driven background jobs and per-tenant data separation. AI calls sit behind a provider-independent layer.
